A judge ruled yesterday that Paris Hilton violated the terms of her contract when she didn't do interviews for the 2006 box office bomb Pledge This!

Paris skipped out on the British and Russian media circuits and now it's going to cost her!

Worldwide Entertainment Group filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against her demanding $1 million, but lucky for her the judge ruled she only owes around $160K.

That's peanuts for Paris!

Cheryl and Ashley Cole's marriage of four years was dissolved in under 60 seconds on Friday morning in High Court.

After hearing that the demise of the relationship was brought about because of Ashley's "unreasonable behavior," the judge immediately accepted the reasoning in record time. Cheryl was granted a decree nisi, a preliminary divorce.

The two will now undergo a six-week "cooling off period" before a decree absolute is granted, which will make their divorce official.

Witnesses in West Hollywood looked on in horror on Wednesday as Lindsay Lohan pulled out of parking garage and accidentally hit a woman pushing her child in a stroller!!!

That's right - she struck a baby with her effing Maserati! How come rehab didn't teach her how to avoid that????

One source recounts how LiLo's car sped out of the lot and then only briefly paused at the red light. She then sped through the traffic signal, clipping the woman and her child as they crossed the street. The eyewitness says:

"There was a woman pushing a kid in the stroller, maybe a two or three-year-old, crossing the street. Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn't super hard, but she made impact and hit them. Lindsay pulled to the right, stopped for two seconds, and then just kept going."

Awful! That poor baby!

When Lindsay was reached for comment on the incident, she simply told sources, "I don't know what you're talking about."

Of course not!

The road to redemption does not involve running over infants!
